If you are registered to vote and you don't vote, then your "vote" can be used by someone else. That's why there is a pause in counting the votes. They have to determine who didn't vote so they can use that person's registration to "vote" for the (usually) dem candidate.
This is why the Board of Elections don't want people canvassing voters after elections to see if those people actually did vote - because it will prove fraud if the voter claimed he didn't vote but the records show that a vote was recorded for him.

Look at the AZ audits. And counts in other states. The cheaters screwed up and pumped more ballots than registered voters into the system. That is proof of fraud.
If you don't vote, they'll take your vote without consequence. Enough people don't vote, and they can take a winning number of votes without raising alarm.
