I said before, as per the movie, a collossal AI to output "Pre-crime" (super surveillance or social credit system with behavior parameters and limit trips as per the CCP plantation) is big brother as per the famous orwell prophecy.
BUT, a super AI could have already been deployed by "all 17 Intel agencies" [sic] with a different approach, an approach to give output of flow charts or decision trees to reach a "situation". You can describe it as scenario game play or "sim" situation. AI can roll waypoints that produce "the situation". Reverse engineer a hit for example. What series of decisions lead to the hit? maybe you simply reverse-engineer the variety of waypoints and select the most probable?
Nah. Thats not the future. ..but as a weapon for National Security? Funding?
Just a guess. But one observation, history is full of surprise weapons. Combatants in both WW1 and WW2 were literally shocked by new weaponry, weaponry not covered in their Handbooks. The costs in blood and treasure were almost beyond reckoning.
Putting on an extra thick tinfoil hat… what if the CCP space station covertly deploys a Havanna syndrome freq from orbit and causes HR havoc at Lockheed or at Huntsville Space Force?
