IF "Comwhogivesafucky" is one of the *star drug candidates to treat a global "pandemic", supposedly now -that's right, today!- vaccines, (it is)

and IF there exists a strict regulatory framework for the clinical trials of experimental drugs, (there is, it's in the CFR)

and IF the approval of drugs is only responsibly granted for properly conducted criminal trials (it is)

and IF the intentional destruction of clinical trial data is prosecutable under federal criminal law

and IF the research scientists and drug company pushing a *star vaccine KNEW of the much-larger-than-normal number of deaths and injuries this drug caused (they do)

and IF, by concealing those facts thruthe intentional destruction of data for profit, the scientists and company tanked the clinical trial by vaccinating their control group

THEN would you say this constitutes multiple federal crimes, and implicates a federal agency by it's reckless indifference to lives?
