I work for a health network who’s the largest employer in a region where the largest industry is health care. They jointly announced with the next 2 largest networks in the region that they’ll all be implementing the same universal vax policy for all employees (even full time remote workers), all contractors/vendors, basically anyone who enters the hospital except patients. I saw Alex Berenson tweet he’s heard of this going on around the country and these agreements possibly being anti-trust/collusion type violation. The policy also states everyone is subject to any future boosters they decide to mandate.

I have possible medial and religious exemptions that I’m going to apply for. Not sure if I should do both at the same time or if one is a better option than the other.

It that fails I could try to submit a J&J card from months ago but then I’d have to deal with this issue everytime they mandate boosters.

They claim they cant really prove vax cards are legit, they have to trust individual is providing valid card until a vax registry is developed.

I’m also going to file an anonymous code of conduct violation against the people involved with creating the hospital’s covid policies to hopefully block activation of the vax policy and start an investigation. There’s clearly ethical issues with them withholding information and flat out lying about the effectiveness of masks, etc and the reasons for implementing these policies.

The “proof” which claim means vaccines are safe is completely ridiculous https://www.lvhn.org/news/all-lehigh-valley-health-network-st-lukes-university-health-network-and-good-shepherd

Anyone have any resources or advice in dealing with this?
