A NOTE TO ALL POTENTIAL BAKERS

 

After three and a half years of making excuses for myself, I jumped in last week. It went just fine.

 

It is time consuming as a bread can run up to a couple of hours depending on the speed of posting, but

 

BUT

 

if you want to avoid pigs and rainbows and Taliban flags in your bread, you might want to consider taking the leap yourself.

 

You and I both know the quality of bread will often depend on the quality of the baker.

 

Here's the link to the minimalist bread anon developed that is still being perfected, but feels really good for now.

 

Here's a traditional image anon selected because it is light in color and minimal in design and really stands out in the catalog, making the recent bread easy to spot.

 

Love the work we do here with a whole heart. Want to see it at the finest level.
