Depends on your area of interest. The names of pathways, and beyond that the acronyms, start to makes sense in your small area of specialty.

I think the effects are acute, meaning you would have to keep taking it prophylactically for it to keep working.

 

The one thing you can take long term prophylactically would be the zinc, NAC, curcumin, and quercetin (or green tea with high polyphenol content.)

Are you talking the mRNA vaxxes or the Adenovirus (J&J)?

 

Hypothetically by causing changes (either by binding to or changing the proteins conformity) to the spike protein you would render the immune reaction blind to the unaltered spike in the wild.
