I think 'seems to' is the operative word. Movie theories make good stories, but imagine somone knocking on your door and saying "Hi, we own you because you took a vax." You would laugh in their face, and kill them if they tried to violate you.
Good Lord we've talked about it 9,000 times. The general theory is a vax passport is not a mark of the beast, because it is not a physical mark on the body. Although it is acknowledged as a kind of precursor technology / system.

Maybe so, but the mark clearly needs to be on the back of the hand or forhead in its final form. So this one is some kind of precursor, unless we find out it makes some glowing pattern visible on the hand or forhead. Clearly the passport at the moment is just a piece of paper. Bringing these two things together in some kind of digital form is what the 'mark' will probably be. Speculating, but you see why we are not there yet i think.
