CORTES: Mass Migration Was Never Part of America’s $2 Trillion Afghan Debacle.

Migration to the United States should exist for one purpose only: to enhance the prosperity and security of existing American citizens, whether native-born or legally naturalized.

This statement should not actually be controversial. To many on the Left, however, immigration is either some intrinsically inherent and pure good, or a cudgel with which to batter American culture and identity. For globalists, mass migration must be embraced, as a means to cheap labor and free votes, but now also as a matter of “social justice”. Because nothing says “equity” like stripping impoverished nations of their labor force and working them to the bone before sending them back to their American ghettoes.

This folly drives the present, dangerous rush for America to welcome hundreds of thousands of Afghans fleeing the ongoing civil war in their country as the Taliban takes over most of that land. After two decades, thousands of deaths, and trillions of dollars expended by America in Afghanistan, what debts do we owe that country and its people?

For those who took material risk to assist American operations there, surely our country can assist their safe removal from immediate danger. We have many bases in the region, plus allies nearby who share cultural and religious traits with these migrants and can provide refuge. But not one of these Afghans should be coming to America. That was never the deal.

In a time of pandemic and a fast-rising economic anxiety, the present is no time to welcome vast amounts of refugees into America, many of whom will require enormous resources from taxpayers.

When I tweeted out a picture of a record-setting American airlift jam-packed with Afghanis, making the point that no American town should be burdened with this influx of largely unskilled and unvetted young men from the other side of the world, blue-check Twitter was predictably aghast.

Outgoing Gov. Cuomo grants clemency to convicted murderers during last hours in office

Outgoing New York Gov. Andrew Cuomo marked his final day in office Monday by handing out four sentence commutations and one pardon. He also made a parole board referral for a 76-year-old man over his role in the deadly 1981 Brink’s armored car robbery.

David Gilbert, a Weather Underground member who was convicted of three counts of second-degree murder and four counts of first-degree robbery for his role in the crime which resulted in the deaths of Nyack Police Sgt. Edward O’Grady, Officer Waverly Brown and Brink’s guard Peter Paige. He was serving a sentence of 75 years to life in prison with no possibility of parole until 2056.

Gilbert’s son, San Francisco District Attorney Chesa Boudin, had lobbied Cuomo for his release.

Boudin’s mother, Kathy, also took part in the robbery. She pleaded guilty to felony murder and robbery charges and was paroled in 2003.

In his announcement, Cuomo said Gilbert would be referred to the Parole Board for potential release and praised his “significant contributions to AIDS education and prevention programs” as well as his work as “a student tutor, law library clerk, paralegal assistant, a teacher’s aide, and an aide for various additional facility programs.”

Cuomo ordered the release of four other prisoners, including 68-year-old Paul Mingo, who was sentenced in 1983 to serve 50-to-life in the 1980 robbery-murder of a Queens couple. Mingo’s family had long vouched for his innocence, blaming his conviction on inadequate legal representation. The soon-to-be-former governor praised Mingo as “a dedicated and respected peer counselor” who had gotten his GED and became a certified paralegal.

Tyson, a top deputy to FBI Director Christopher Wray who played a key role in getting Wray confirmed to the FBI’s top post, admitted that the FBI totally deleted the entire “Black Identity Extremism” category for domestic terrorism after consultations with the National Organization of Black Law Enforcement (NOBLE), an organization funded by Coca-Cola and Walmart among others. The FBI then replaced the category with a new label, “Racially or Ethnically Motivated Violent Extremism” (RMVE) which refers to people that Tyson refers to as “extremists who advocate violence in furtherance of a perceived superiority of the white race,” according to Jill C. Tyson’s letter to Democrat Congressman Bennie G. Thompson, chairman of the Committee on Homeland Security, and Democrat Congressman Cedric Richmond. Tyson wrote her 2020 letter to the Democrats just four days after George Floyd’s death, at the beginning of nationwide black riots when an FBI “Black Identity Extremism” program might have come in handy.

That “RMVE” label is now being used to target January 6 election integrity protesters from the U.S. Capitol, according to a report funded by the Department of Homeland Security that urges Congress and the federal government to “create crimes of domestic terrorism” in response to January 6. So who is Jill C. Tyson, the woman who revealed the FBI’s anti-white policy? Jill C. Tyson is Wray’s Deputy Director for Congressional Affairs. She previously worked in the DOJ’s legislative affairs department and on Capitol Hill, and she is seen as an instrumental force who lobbied for Wray’s confirmation to the FBI director job.

Liquor company CEO identified as man who fell to his death at Citi Field

A liquor company CEO has been identified as the man who was allegedly high on acid when he plummeted to his death at Citi Field, police said.

Ian Matthew Crystal died Friday after falling 30 to 50 feet during intermission at the Dead & Company show, an NYPD spokesman confirmed Monday.

The 46-year-old Brooklyn resident was a co-founder of the New York-based Evolution Spirits, according to his LinkedIn page.

Sources said Crystal allegedly took acid before the fatal plunge and had been drinking and smoking pot beforehand.

The late entrepreneur served as CEO of Evolution Spirits, the creator of Monkey Rum from Trinidad that’s available in 11 states. The liquor was developed out of a challenge in 2014 to create a new brand to support the National Geographic Channel show “Chug,” according to Crystal’s LinkedIn profile.

Decades earlier, Crystal won a high school advertising competition in Florida, where he created a promotional video to sell orange juice.

“This started my career marketing beverages and I never looked back,” he said, adding that he later went on to manage brands including ABSOLUT Vodka, Malibu Rum and Stoli Vodka.

Crystal’s sister, Lara, wrote that her brother was “Forever young and endlessly loved,” and “an inspiration” in a heartbreaking post on her Instagram Monday.

“It’s hard to describe the gaping hole we all feel without you here. Your passion for life and genuine happiness for others was unmatched,” she wrote.

“You were an inspiration to so many in the way you lived every day to the fullest and brought happiness to everyone around you. You made friends everywhere you went, and your spirit will live on in the lives of so many you touched.”

Photos in the post show Crystal posing with his family, friends, and a video of him singing along to “Take on Me” by A-ha while driving.

“You were an incredible brother, son, stepson, dog father, grandson, uncle, friend, ping pong opponent, confidant, marathoner, entrepreneur, innovator, and so much more. You lived an incredible life in such a short time – travels around the world, courtside with Spike, an all nighter in the studio with Jay-Z – but most importantly you always had time and gave your all to your family and so many friends.

“You made everything better just by being there. I will miss you more than you could possibly know and I will try to honor your memory every day. I love you.”

Laura Birnbaum, 32, told The Post on Monday she formerly worked as a sales and marketing coordinator for Crystal, who was known to think big, she said.

“Ian was my boss, I hadn’t known that he had passed away,” Birnbaum said. “I’m still in a little bit of shock.”

Biden Increasing Afghan Inflow to U.S. Before All Americans Are Evacuated

President Joe Biden’s administration has already started increasing the number of Afghans that will be resettled across the United States before all American citizens have been evacuated from Afghanistan.

On Monday, during a press briefing, Pentagon spokesman John Kirby said about 25,000 Afghans applying for Special Immigrant Visas (SIVs) are likely to be resettled in the U.S. along with thousands more of their family members.

“And with the four bases, what our goal would be is to reach the ability, not necessarily the actual count, but the ability to build out to about 25,000 capacity,” Kirby said.

In total, Biden has suggested up to 65,000 Afghans are to be evacuated from Afghanistan. Some non-governmental organizations (NGOs) have said the U.S. must resettle more than 300,000 Afghans.

The total of 25,000 SIVs is a few thousand more than the 22,000 Afghans that Kirby had stated last week would be resettled in the U.S. with their families — an indication that the administration is looking to increase the inflow from Afghanistan.

Meanwhile, thousands of American citizens remain stranded in Afghanistan. A figure released today suggests that just 3,300 Americans have been evacuated from Afghanistan out of 37,000 individuals who have been evacuated since August 14.

While the Biden administration has been unclear about the total number of Americans left in Afghanistan, the Associated Press reported last week that potentially 15,000 Americans are still in the country, where the Taliban has taken hold.

An aide for Sen. Tom Cotton (R-AR) stated on Monday that some Americans are being attacked by the Taliban as they are left in Afghanistan. An American woman, for instance, was reportedly beaten by Taliban fighters after traveling to the Kabul, Afghanistan airport without a male escort.

“She has heard nothing from the State Department — only from free lance volunteers a world away,” the aide wrote on Twitter.

From the start, the Biden administration made clear that the evacuation of American citizens over Afghan SIV applicants was not being prioritized.

“There will be a mix, not just American citizens, but perhaps some Afghan [Special Immigrant Visa] applicants as well. We’re going to focus on getting people out of the country, then sorting it out at the next stop. It’s not going to be just Americans first, then [Special Immigrant Visa] applicants,” Kirby said last week.

$1.6 Million of Cocaine Seized at the Border

EDINBURG, Texas – Rio Grande Valley Sector (RGV) Border Patrol agents interdicted three narcotic smuggling attempts totaling over 130 pounds of marijuana and more than 50 pounds of cocaine.

Friday afternoon, Fort Brown Border Patrol Station agents working in Brownsville, Texas, observed two subjects illegally enter the United States, one of which was carrying a bundle of marijuana. When agents approached the subjects, they quickly abandoned the bundle and fled back to Mexico. The bundle of marijuana weighed approximately 23 pounds with an estimated street value of over $18K.

Saturday evening, Rio Grande City Border Patrol Station (RGC) agents observed a subject carrying a bundle on his back walk away from the river and further into the United States. Responding agents located two subjects and two bundles of marijuana weighing over 110 pounds. The marijuana has an estimated street value of over $92K. The drug smugglers are citizens of Mexico and Honduras. The case was turned over to Starr County Sheriff’s Office.

Yesterday evening, RGC agents working in Roma, Texas, observed multiple subjects raft across the river from Mexico and walk towards a neighborhood. Two vehicles approached the area and the individuals began loading bags into the vehicles. As agents responded, the subjects began running towards the river. A National Guard air asset advised approximately 40 subjects were absconding back to Mexico from the U.S. riverbanks. The driver of one of the vehicles, a GMC Yukon, absconded from the vehicle while leaving it in motion. The vehicle drove through a property fence before agents were able to disable it. Inside the Yukon were two backpacks containing over 50 pounds of cocaine. The cocaine has an estimated street value of more than $1.6M. Agents located the driver hiding in the nearby area. The second vehicle fled from the area and was not located. Starr County Sheriff’s Office took custody of the driver, vehicle, and narcotics.

FDA Approves Pfizer's mRNA Jab Despite Control Group Being Compromised And CDC Admitting 'Protection' Rapidly Waning

The FDA only approved Pfizer's experimental mRNA vaccine for "emergency use" last year after President Trump's chief of staff Mark Meadows told then-FDA commissioner Stephen Hahn to approve it by December 11th or be fired by the end of the day.

Hahn caved to the threats and approved the shot on December 11.

Trump admitted this was the case during his CPAC 2021 speech in February.

"I pushed the FDA like they have never been pushed before," Trump boasted. "They told me that loud and clear. They have never been pushed like I pushed them."

Trump continued:

"I didn't like them at all. But once we got it done, I said I now love you very much. What the Trump administration has done with vaccines has in many respects, perhaps saved large portions of the world. Not only our country, but large portions of the world."

"Not only did we push the FDA far beyond what the bureaucrats wanted to do, we also put up billions and billions of dollars, $10 billion, to produce the vaccines before we knew they were going to work."

Pfizer claimed back in December that their shots were around 95% effective at preventing covid infections but data out of Israel released in July showed that number is now down to 39% and officials are now rolling out "boosters" in Israel and here in America despite zero clinical trials being completed to show their side-effect profile or effectiveness.

During Pfizer's pivotal clinical trial, 15 patients died who received the vaccine versus 14 patients who received the placebo.

In March 2020, Dr. Tony Fauci urged the President of the United States to lock down the entire US economy for two weeks to slow the spread of the coronavirus.

Of course, the two weeks turned into several months. And even more devastating, was that several developing countries followed Dr. Fauci’s lead and also locked down their struggling economies.

Hundreds of thousands of babies died last year due to the economic fallout from COVID-19, a new modeling study suggests.

Researchers from World Bank Group, a financial institution headquartered in Washington, DC, estimated that an extra 267,000 infant fatalities were reported n 2020 in low- and middle-income countries.

This is seven percent higher than the number of newborns that usually die in the course of a year.

Past studies have examined indirect deaths caused by COVID-19, meaning not from the virus itself.

For example, one study found 75,000 Americans died indirectly due the pandemic such as delaying seeking life-saving medical care.

And preliminary figures from the Centers for Disease Control and Prevention suggest that a record 93,000 people die from drug overdose deaths in the U.S. in 2020 due to the proliferation of fentanyl and the stress of the pandemic.
