Anons, take a look at these two things.
Killing the COVID EUA will require a showing in court, that alternative treatments now exist. At least that is how this anon is reading this. (see pic related 1 from the same FDA document as above links.)
This anon remembers that the actual law on EUA enactment, posted by another anon a couple weeks ago, required that there be no other viable treatments that are NOT experimental.
Therefore, those treatments shown to work to stop COVID in the pdf above SHOULD be able to be used to revoke the emergency use authorization in a court of law.
This means all hospital and other personnel should band together to afford a lawyer in a class action suit not just against an employer attempting to practice medicine without a medical license, but…
