Did you get sick with COVID?

 

In Jan 2020 I got sick, went to doc, my flu test came back negative, doc gave me zpac, I was better in 2 days. Since then, the precautions I've taken is eat right, exercise, spend lots of time outside & take the vitamin protocol. I haven't been sick at all. As a matter of fact, I don't know anyone who's been sick w COVID or tested positive.

I'm a construction worker & builder so I'm pretty tough on my body. My knuckles & knees are constantly swollen (knuckles look deformed now). I hate going to the doc, but it may be time. Get checked for arthritis & get hydroxiclorqin

I've been slowly stocking up for a year. I have enough food to feed 5 for 3 months. I bought these huge water balloons that fit in your tub for backup water.

I'm a health nut. I have always hated sweets. I haven't had a piece of my own birthday cake since I was a teenager. I'm in excellent shape. My hands are jacked up because I work 8-10 hrs a day, hard labor.

I've lived in both humid & dry. I love the heat no matter which kind. As far as being tan, I'm there with ya. SPF 2000 wouldn't help. Long sleeves is the only way.
