Something is definitely afoot with the person, Kamala Harris. Black hat, white hat, grey hat…I can't say. I will say there is a lot of subterfuge about her movements. Whether she's being targeted or is running her own op or doing one for other actors is the larger set of known unknowns that need infilling.
