IIRC, or clause 7 which is the basis for the SCOTUS rulings of what constitutes "interstate commerce".

SCOTUS has, over time, ceded all power of commerce to the federal Legislative. This is in part what made Obamacare legal when CJ Roberts claimed it was not a tax but instead a form of commerce, even though it was a tax.
It's an awful decode unless there's more to it that he added outside the video. He doesn't account for year at all that I can see. He also doesn't clarify what is leading digit "2" as February or leading digit "2" as November (1+1). And the algorithm only gets to Q drop 400 at most before it repeats, ignoring the remaining ~4600 drops after that.
But the algorithm here, "8" + (24 + (2 + 0 + 2 + 1)) = "8" + (24 + 23) = "847" means that 8/25 is 848, 8/26 is 849, 8/27 is 850, and so on. Which will be easily verifiable as not accurate at all over the coming days.
I like the theory that was provided but it can't pick and choose dates and times that make sense only to ignore the same algorithm for things that don't make sense.
I do like the premise of the theory though. "You have more than you know" "Find the keystone", "Future proves past", "Paint the picture", that everything we need to decode is in front of us, and why there are markers, and so on. So I think the algorithm is incomplete at best. And it makes sense to take the Q drop number and convert it to a date. That's a fresh angle afaik.
I put a little bourbon-enhanced brain power to it after watching the video. You can use the year at the beginning or end of the Q# to get either 1 or 2 digits. And you can use month and day, probably in the middle of the number, to get 1, 2, or 3 digits. This could be a use of the markers, to nail down the 1st, 2nd, 3rd, or 4th digit in some combination. A second marker confirms and a third marker adds another digit of certainty, and so on.
A couple things for certain, deltas are too simple and that the drops are not in sequence chronologically. I think we're approaching a major epoch with the events in Afghanistan though, so I'm still comfefe and holding tight. It really feels like there's a lot of pressure building right now. But that's just me and nothing to do with the q-map.
Q's final drop that we're not going to take it anymore is the figurative precipice, I think. That's just a question of when we hit critical mass of awake-ness and pissed-offed-ness.
