Although I do not comprehend entirely (I try), I think Iunderstand.
Reading it out loud gave me two experiences.
One is the idea - seems paranoid - that everything is being recorded (in multiple ways for multiple purposes).
Two is the recognition of my own syntax errors - which are fine and do not alter my original intent to any evil.
I'm often slower than others of my intelligence, but I try to think further and question own thinking to best (relativ) final outcome.
Often this process repeats in different intervals on the same thoughts (hourly, daily, weekly, yearly, aso. …)
