Looked up neoprene (scuba suit material) to see if it had graphene or other chemicals in it.

It doesn't, but neoprene is a petrochemical made out of oil. (Bout to buy a wetsuit)

Found this โ€“ it's made by Dupont.

The latest on Neoprene

Neoprene remains the trademark of the DuPont Corporation, and this American industrial icon remains highly active on the world stage.

Even though the majority of DuPontโ€™s manufacturing has moved to China and other cheap-labor, authoritative East Asian nations, this companyโ€™s Los Angeles plant remains the worldโ€™s highest-volume polychloroprene production site.

Neoprene is a petrochemical substance, which means that it is made from petroleum in a factory. Polychloroprene is made with a process called free radical emulsion polymerization, which turns natural chloroprene into synthetic polychloroprene. These two substances are molecularly very similar, but they have very different attributes.

This will be a long row to hoe. And a trap. One of the problems I faced since starting in 2006 in Afghanistan was the โ€œBut we gotta stay to help the women.โ€ I fully agree women need help, but Afghanistan was a tarpit for us. Closer places women need helpโ€ฆChicago.
