The Presidential Daily Brief was how Obama disseminated top secret information to his administration.

Information gathered by spy tools being used to spy on Trump/Trump campaign was passed via this method.

I assume this would also have been able to be hid in the Obama library, which being digital, would be able to be hid quite effectively. Therefore, impediments to the Obama library are significant.
