We are all very well aware of the clowns, shitposters & neophytes. It does affect the bread, but the remedies are worse than the disease for starters. As well as the chaos & to some degree the dissension are vital to the process here.

My advice is to continue to contribute in a positive way and take the criticisms for what they are and grow.

This place (8ch.net) is a wonderful bastion of the most free free speech you'll find, if you have an open mind it is amazing what you can learn here. Nearly the sum-total of all human knowlege is accessable by the hivemind. think about that

Also think about the fact that the culture and habits here that might seem strange to you have evolved over time into what you see now. From what I've seen BO is working along those guidelines, there are reasons that make sense only after you've seen them in action. The culture evolved under extremely oppositional forces, it is wise in it's own way.
