Aleister Crowley is Thelema. Wicca is LARPing Tumblrites and it was started by somebody else.
Maybe they use the word thelema as a code word to mean favor in a certain context (like a favor that binds them to an egregore or something (if you know what that is), but that's just a guess since it's not a word I've ever seen related to favors so I'm just assuming there's more to their use of the word than face value).
