Anybody have a copy of the letter an attorney drew up that you can present to your employer who is trying to force you to vax?

I have a dear friend who doesn't want to lose his job. Can't really claim religion exemption. He's actually considering getting one of the vax cards online, but I'd rather he try and take the legal route. He being in the health industry says he knows that the data on these vax cards is not kept on any database so it's easy to do, but I'd like to at least give him another route, a more sure route.
