AFG skytrain still busy, but seems not as crazy busy as yesterday seemed. A little more organized today as well. Less of that Chinese fire drill chaotic look.
Still looks like everybody is getting in on it and lots of countries are involved. Also UAE and Kuwait are joining Qatar in providing ground support since a lot more landings occurring there now.

I read this as He's still President and the Secret Service has requirements they want on the plane and it's getting those before they'll let him fly in it publicly…whether or not the public is aware. Essentially an AF1 tuneup of his jet. Probably donated to the USG for a $1 just so no one can say he profited from the upgrades.
