Has anyone used MyFreeDoctor.com to get a medical exemption letter regarding the genocide shots?

I bought myself some time by telling my employer I couldn't get in to the doctor until next month, but my doctor is a die-hard liberal. :(

Worst case, I'm thinking of claiming religious exemption and when they ask for proof I'll tell them I don't have God's phone number.
