E4Bs on the move today. Earlier GUAPO22 moved from DC to Lincoln, NE. Now it looks like CLUB22 is moving from Lincoln to Wright Patterson in OH. I doubt these are the only two oscar mike. Seems like when things get tense they shuffle the national command authority platforms around randomly and use deceptive flight plans.

Also a lot of callsigns ending in 22 today. Means something, but who knows?
