It depends on what you mean by "immunosuppressant". If you mean your inflammation goes away when the parasites in your body die, then yes, HCQ is an "immunosuppressant".

I think you are 100% correct.
If you notice someone who has been vaccinated acting this way you might suggest they take NAC and bromelain to reduce damage.
For neurological problems I think phosphatidyl serine COULD be beneficial.
