I think this is a slightly erroneous conclusion.

7/4 or 7+4=11, but that's for Jeremiah 29:11, not 11 days preceding. It's still 10 days, so it's 6/24-7/3 that the lights at IAD will go out or whatever, signaling the 10 days to come. Isn't the Seth Rich stuff to hit the public in June? What's the trigger? So, maybe 6/23 or 6/24 is the communicado of something...the 5:5 just as 12/18 was. 12/7-12/17 was lights out.

Also, if you extrapolate the clock map out to 11/11 at 5:[39], it corresponds to 3:[39], or 7/14=Bastille Day. Trump sure enjoyed the Bastille Day parade last year...enough to request his own. This is a different 10 day set that might want to be considered as an alternative.
