Mandate clearly says WILL ONLY USE COVID 19 VACCINES THAT RECIEVE FULL LICENSURE FROM THE FOOD AND DRUG ADMINISTRATION.

The 8/23 update for Pfizer last paragraph clearly states its an EUA. Labeling says "not licensed or approved by the FDA.
Let's hope someone sees this.
I dont know. What I do know is Pfizer didn't get full licensure like the sec of def order mandates. I'm hoping it's optics and military leaders catch it.
Yes I'm still in and will refuse because any requirement or mandate is unlawful. I will be bringing and carrying both printed out order and FDA update on Pfizer with me.
Time to drop retirement paperwork if they show up with vaccines.
