I think that's a lid on the glass of water. I've seen it before in some of the photos with former President Trump usually at a somewhat formal gathering with lots of people IIRC.
Along those same lines (kinda), didn't the former First Lady go to the southern border and didn't she demand a plastic cup be placed over the bottle of water? Any anons remember that…was that the same trip she wore the "I no longer really care…" jacket? I always thought that was interesting and I still don't get the comms. The lid over the water might just be to keep stuff out of it, but why the cup over the bottle of water? (No reason to turn this into a slide, just curious).
