Now there is a strong hit of hopium. My initial reaction would be that the Taliban is backed by foreign rich guys – maybe from Saudi Arabia, maybe from elsewhere. If the Taliban are too uneducated to use laptops, their foreign backers might know. And actually the Taliban might be more tech-literate than I want to believe.
