If sleepers are the vaccinated, could sleepers activated mean graphene oxide activation? What would that look like?

I still don’t see sleepers waking up. Spouse anon is programmed blind. I have to leave spouse anon now who will die soon with all friends and family except one cousin and one friend. I fought as hard as I could, but spouse anon could not see.
