I'm so glad I live in a small mountain town. The local radio station plays the national anthem at 7 a.m. Monday through Friday. We had a criminal forced shooting(the criminal died) with three police officers involved. The radio news man asked us to pray for the police officers as they deal with what they just had to do.

We still have a lot of the same nonsense as big cities, but it's nice to hear the anthem and sympathy for the police, instead of all the hate. Plus, our town displays American flags up and down our two main drags. Brings tears to my eyes.
