Well aware some of them aren't made for radio.
But we work with what we have.
Trying to get things in order there, but seriously…24 hours of content each day to fill, all with people who are not professionals. It's no small task.
I'm doing what I can to learn.
Getting it where it ought to be…it's a long and difficult process and a long way to go. It ain't as easy as one might think.
Cut the goofballs a bit of a break, they're patriots too…We'll get there with time and some changes.

When you're trying to fill literally every minute of every hour of every day, it IS difficult at times to keep them on task.
I've found they need the light conversation from time to time.

Have tried numerous things to get those changes to come about, with varying success.
And seriously…believe me. I am RIGHT THERE WITH YOU practically pulling my hair out at times at the lack of focus that goes on for sometimes hours on end. A moment here or there is one thing and not a problem, but man…the extended shit, fuck. Makes me want to put my head through a wall, anon.
Think I'm learning though. Trying to manage 40+ individuals with (often eccentric) personalities of their own, all doing this on a volunteer basis…like I said, far from easy.
Always, ALWAYS glad to hear input and suggestions on how to get them on task, how to improve everything, how to (blah blah blah). I have zero IRL management experience so it's all new to me.
