Doses are a little light. I buy these individually…brand name 21st century naturals.. local pharmacy orders for me.. zinc is like 2.60 per bottle.
Oh I totally agree. This IS supposedly the best "formula". I take all 4.
I may have to buy the combo for wife cuz she doesn't want to take individual pills
