>>14469695 Ruling Class Increasingly Calls Upon The Private Sector To Make Lives Of The “Unvaccinated” Difficult

The Ruling Class Urges Businesses To Mandate COVID Vaccines For Employment

It’s like these rulers know they cannot do this alone. The slaves have to help them and sadly, all too many are all too ready to help make this planet a permanent prison. This only gets worse though as more people start to figure out what’s really going on.

I think there’s a different reason for governments state and federal are asking businesses to force the jab and it all goes back to the OSHA update from the EEOC that says private businesses can require it.

On May 17, 2021 updated their guidance in FAQs

Question: are private businesses liable for any injury or death from mandating the vaccine

Answer: Yes private corporation are legally liable for injury or death of an employee if the enforced the vaccine mandate

So the real readon why governments are telling corporations this is what their high powered attys said, “the Administration and federal and state governments would be liable for harm and injury to all citizens!” and they dont want massive class action lawsuits on their hands. Even These corporations (the large ones) know this, but they’ve got billions to defend themselves for years to come. The smaller corporations don’t, so they stupidly believe its ok to do it.

But most importantly the whole goal is to divide and conquer, destroy our people and country! Like Q has said many times: they want us/you divided

As an insurance broker, Ive advised my clients, stay as far away from mandates as possible. Its a trap. At least thats my opinion

April 9, 2021 – It's not clear that employers have the legal right to require employees to get vaccinated with a vaccine that has only an emergency use authorization (EUA) from the US Food and Drug Administration, according to a new report by the Kaiser Family Foundation (KFF).All three of the COVID-19 vaccines available in the United States have EUAs, but none has received full FDA approval yet. Pfizer-BioNTech,ine.

Employer vaccine mandates are also subject to religious accommodations under Title VII of the Civil Rights Act, according to the report, although courts have held that state vaccine mandates are not constitutionally required to provide religious exemptions. Not all observers agree with the KFF report's position on the legality of COVID-19 vaccine mandates while the vaccines are under EUAs. For example, an

April 7 JAMA Viewpoint by three academic experts refers to the recent guidance from the EEOC on COVID-19 vaccinations. The experts noted that the guidance applies to any vaccine "approved or authorized by the Food and Drug Administration," suggesting that employers could require vaccinations under an EUA.

Legality of Vaccination Mandates

The KFF report also addressed the broader question of whether COVID-19 vaccination mandates are legal and which entities can require people to be vaccinated. The federal government's authority to mandate vaccinations of any kind is limited, the researchers concluded. The Public Health Service Act authorizes the secretary of Health and Human Services to adopt quarantine and isolation measures to stop the spread of disease among states but doesn't mention vaccine mandates. "General vaccine mandates…are generally within the purview of state and local governments…with the federal government playing a supporting role."The US Supreme Court upheld a state vaccine mandate over a century ago, based on the state's police power, the report noted. In that case, a local law required all adults to be vaccinated against smallpox during an outbreak. All states today require vaccinations for school attendance, and the Supreme Court has also endorsed those laws.
