An elected official should have an active 90 day probationary period, similiar to any job either white or blue collar.

First infraction within 90 days of taking office, an automatic suspension of duty (Lt. Gov. or V.P. assumes duty)

If, in a single calendar year, the elected official fails to uphold their Constitutional duties, responsibilities to their constituents, or does not perform to the satifaction of their campaign platform (FRAUD), there should be an immediate impeachment of the official without hesitation or due process and an instant snap election move into efect to vote in a replacement candidate.

This would eliminate the need for term limits while ensuring American citizens are represented in their by their government.

As for the bureaucrats, such as Dr. Fauci, they should have little to no effect on governance of the citizens and should have time limits on their employment by the government itself.
