Mr. Greg Abbott,

Thank you for all you are doing to keep Texas free and Godly. Today I am urging you to extend your executive order about vaccine mandates to include private businesses. Specifically this is directed at United Airlines. The airlines is mandating all employees to be vaccinated by September 27th or they will be fired. They are allowing religious and medical exemptions, but are breaking the law when it comes to these. They are either suspending people's RAPs (Reasonable Accommodation Program Requests) or calling them for more information, information they are not legally allowed to ask or information that was already included in their forms. They are asking some employees for letters from their pastors which according to the protected clauses (which includes religion, Title II Civil Rights Act) they cannot do. This is according to SEC. 2000e-2 of unlawful employment practices. IAH (Houston International) is a United hub and it brings great economy to the Houston area. United should not be allowed to operate on Texas soil if they do not treat their employees properly. United was bailed out, yet has purchased many planes this year and is all ready hiring new employees assuming they will be firing at least 2,000 flight attendants for not being vaccinated. You have banned vaccine passports to go into businesses, this is the same concept. People should not choose between working a job they love and their health. Many flight attendants and pilots have been deemed essential workers and have been viewed throughout the pandemic as heroes, but are now being told they aren't heroes and should be fired unless receiving a vaccine. Most of these employees will have a natural immunity to the virus, and won't be spreading other diseases as they have not been locked inside their houses for 18 months.

If you make a stand on this and join Montana you will give hope to the rest of American's who believe in the choice to choose whether to be vaccinated or not. Florida would most likely follow suit next along with Oklahoma, etc etc. WE NEED YOUR HELP!!!

United Airlines is not demanding the vaccine for their subsidiaries, why? Because those subsidiaries already have a hard time finding flight attendants and pilots. The members of those subsidiaries work alongside their main crews, can be in the crew rooms and lounges, and commute as non revenue passengers on their planes. This is not about employee safety, this is about publicity. If this continues to happen, what's next consumer vaccines to travel domestically? Please make a stand!!! The top 3 shareholders for United are Vanguard Group, Primecap Management Company, and Black Rock all of whom profit from the vaccine. Again this is not about public safety this is about publicity and not caring for your employees rights. The D.O.D. did a study last year proving how safe aircrafts are and that it is incredibly unlikely Covid-19 could be spread on planes. United Airlines is sharing misinformation to their employees about the vaccine sharing the following statistic: "fully vaccinated people have made up as few as 0.1 percent of and as many as 5 percent of those hospitalized with the virus" This is wildly inaccurate. Yes vaccinated people are less likely to have as severe reaction to Covid, but they do not make up only 0.1% to 5% of those hospitalized. This is coercion and does not provide informed consent. Informed consent which is a basic right when receiving a vaccine. In some states there are more vaccinated people hospitalized than unvaccinated people. Two of the most vaccinated countries in the world are on the "Urged not to fly to list" the CDC issues. THIS IS NOT ABOUT EMPLOYEE HEALTH. This is about optics, marketing, a political statement, and profit.
