Anon did research 10 years ago that uncovered invisibility tech in the private sector. This was hidden in plain sight under a few layers and a paywall. Anon does not have the sauce. Anyone else familiar with the tech?
Anon saw that.as well, but the 2011 result was liquid-to-solid remote controlled cameras that were invisible, not cloaks.
