They lost the power to reverse the Trump plan for Afghanistan, or simply lost the ability to revert to old ways; so why botch the place? Are they trying to destroy or hide a crime scene? Fraud? Drug network or human trafficking network? What could be so widespread or bad that botching the place is the best way for these elements of the cabal?
