I know lamisil helps with skin fungus.

I have skin problems, and they arrived after washing my hand frequently with a harsh hand-wash. It happened around the same time I started cutting out all carbs and doing the carnivore diet, so I changed soap to something very mild, started eating honey, and loads of it, and fruits/berries and cut back on meat.

The skin is significantly better, .

I know that fasting helps a lot as well, especially for a few days if manageable.

But last resort for me if it doesn't clear up is lamisil, but as you wrote, it is a gut issue, so you will only be hiding the symptoms that are trying to make you change your diet because your current diet is evidently bad/not working for you.

I skip all processed foods and vegetable oils, and dairy, and try to get enough sunlight each day.

Vinegar in ear? Drinking apple cider vinegar straight will cause burns in your throat, if you are ever able to swallow any of it.

You would have to seriously dilute it with water.

And it could damage your ear canal and ear drum and other very sensitive parts of your ear.

I would not recommend it.

The liver can through neoglucogenisis form glucose, the fuel for the brain, from protein and fat sources.

I however eat carbs, as in fruits and honey.

The reason why I avoid vegetable oils is because I just avoid processed foods as much as possible.

And himalayan salt is definitely consumed as needed.

Ok, good to know. I know that q-tips are really bad, since the regular 'removal' of ear wax using q-tips will possible cause a blockage like you are loading a musket, and cause an over production of ear wax to keep your ear canal shielded with wax.

yeah, don't put lamisil in your ear, and don't clear the ear wax, as it might be causing the problem.

Try fasting for one or two days, if manageable.

I notice an improvement after just one day of fasting, or even sooner.
