Verizon’s divisive ‘justice’ program reportedly goes all in, says white ‘oppressors’ must seek ‘lifelong’ atonement

Internal documents obtained by anti-CRT researcher Christopher Rufo of the Discovery Institute show that Verizon has specifically been pushing anti-American, anti-capitalist, anti-white, and anti-police propaganda on its employees.

According to Rufo, it started last year when the telecommunications giant launched a “Racial & Social Justice” initiative by establishing a veritable “reeducation program” (or camp) to indoctrinate employees in the tenets of CRT.

Like the CRT initiatives established by other American corporations, Verizon’s initiative is divided into training modules, starting with the customary introduction module — called the “Conscious Inclusion & Anti-Racism” module in Verizon’s case — in which employees must fess up to their alleged privileges.

“Employees are asked to list their ‘race, ethnicity, gender, gender identity, religion, education, profession, and sexual orientation’ on an official company worksheet,” Rufo revealed in a report published Wednesday.

Employees are then asked to essentially rank themselves based on the “intersectional” hierarchy. “Intersectionality” is a foundational CRT principle that classifies people into a hierarchy based on their race, their religion, their gender, their sexuality, etc.

CRT zealots claim whites, Asians, Christians, heterosexual people, etc., are at the top of the hierarchy because of their alleged “privilege.” Yet it’s the people at the bottom of the hierarchy — blacks, gays, etc. — who appear to benefit from the most privileges and perks such as affirmative action.

For instance, Verizon’s “woke” training demands that those at the top of the hierarchy commit to a “lifelong process” of seeking “accountability with marginalized individuals.”

In other words, they — the alleged “oppressors” — must spend the rest of their lives kissing the butts of the alleged “oppressed.”

Another module cited by Rufo includes a video of then-Verizon Global Chief Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion officer Ramcess Jean-Louis (he now reportedly works at Pfizer) lecturing employees about how blacks are allegedly mistreated in America.

“As a black man in [America], we are viewed as less than. We are viewed as inferior. We are viewed that our life is not as valuable as anyone else,” he reportedly says in the video in complete contradiction of reality.

He reportedly adds that so-called “weaponized white privilege” causes grave “danger” to blacks: “If we are not being viewed as humans, if we’re not being viewed as whole people with souls, these things happen and they will continue to happen.”

It’s not clear what “these things” refers to. Every corporation in America catering to the interests of racial radicals? Every corporation singing the tune of Black Lives Matter?

In the case of Verizon, radicalism runs all the way up to the top. Rufo pointed to another module containing a video of the company’s vice president, David Hubbard, interviewing Khalil Muhammad, the great-grandson of Elijah Muhammad.

Elijah Muhammad is the now-deceased religious leader who led the anti-white, anti-Semitic Nation of Islam hate group from 1934 till 1975.

“During his presentation, called American History 101, Muhammad argued that America is fundamentally racist and needs a ‘new origin story,’ replacing the narrative of ‘American exceptionalism’ with the narrative that America was founded on ‘systems of racism’ that remain at the root of our society,” according to Rufo.

Muhammad also espoused anti-capitalist rhetoric by claiming corporations are “exploiting poor people in low-income communities” just like slaveholders.

“This isn’t just Marxist talking points. It’s just the fact,” he reportedly said.
