Psaki referred to social media platforms as public domains last week, ergo big tech and the government had a moral duty to censor disinformation as in her words “people are dying” So it’s a private space with 230 protections when it suits them, or a public domain that needs government backed regulation when it doesn’t. Go figure. They literally swing from tree to tree to avoid any legal redress depending on the day of the week.
