I'm still skeptical of your assumptions. The snub was from the time period immediately after the Jan6 false flag bullshit, and DURING the height of the media campaign to paint Trump as responsible for it.
Never been more bullshit polluting the air than then, and that is saying something.
And you assume that ALLEuropean "allies" would NEVER talk to Pompeo, because of this one incident.
I would hazard a guess that a safe route for whimpish Euro leaders at that time (immediately after the false flag of Jan6) would have been to refrain from possibly antagonizing the incoming Biden clown team.
Then you ASSUME that this Pompeo snippet (talking to "allies") must be only to non Europeans.
IDK.
It's a stretch IMHO.
