Got a letter from a state agency saying my employees(we are on state property sometimes) have get vaxxed or weekly tests (false positive and dangerous swab). We were asked if we were going to "comply"

My employees will not get vaxxed. This shit is getting out of hand

 

Answer to pb

 

Tell them youve read and requested various legal opinions and most attorneys do not comsider that the employers are immune from legal liability for mandating the vax. And even the EEOC is not clear on it, further attorneys argue their are laws at every level of federal, state, county and city givernments that protect workers rights. Theres a maze of laws that if I mandate the vaccine i could be liable for harm or death of an employee.

 

Further HiPAA and privacy laws federal and state prevent me from asking if they are vaxxed. Federal LAW supercedes state mandates.

 

Tell them: I’m between a rock and a hard place if I mandate this will you sign a contract with my company, that the state will pay all my legal liabilties if the vax harms an employee, thats the only way i’ll consider it.

 

I’m not anti-vax but i cannot lose my livelihood and all of these people will lose their livings.

 

The thing I cant legally ask them is any questions about their health, I’ve read so many EEOC guidance and statement on employee rights, and they are overlapping. I could be sued for various things in federal, state, county laws. I just want to careful, I have no idea of how to respond to a mandate when its not a law.

 

Ask them why your people pose a danger to anyone on state land. If you are not even close can we get an exemption for all the items ive listed above? Also does that mean any state park can mandate a vaccine for anyone entering it? I rather doubt it.

 

So do you understand my dilemma state nazi? But I will do it if the state signs a contract guaranteeing reimbursement of all legal fees, and the potebtial loss of my business. Tell them how much you spent creating yoyr business and how many years of loss of incone that would reflect. But if the guarantees all of this with a legal document, sure I’ll mandate it.

 

Confuse the living fuck out of lower level people and be prepared to go up the chain.

 

If you have money call an employment attorney, just make sure they aren’t liberal.

Im a business owner, I would never jeopardize my employees by mandating anything except their free will. Its tough but that what anons are, the very moment you give in they will demand more and more. Hopefully it will be a short term fught for you, but a life and soul of God is important, most importantly yours. Confuse the living shit out of them, last case scenario get an atty, but theyll drain you worse then gov.
