Make yours look like mine and everything will work. I am pointing the last address via my DNS server. Edit /etc/hosts if you are not running DNS server. Dun no about wind0ws cuz I don use it.

You are going to need a terminal emulator like termux. After you create a console session, you need to chdir to /system/etc and see if there is a hosts file in there. You will not be able to see it in the samsung default file manager and xplore is not showing me the contents of the directory so going in via console will be the only way that I can think of.
The next problem is figuring out what text editor they have available to edit the file. I have not had a need to get this familiar with android bc my phones and tablets are just toys.
Android is a port off of linux so some things will behave the same but there are probably some goog-induced particularities that will make it unlike a debian or kubuntu distro.
