Dispersibility-Dependent Biodegradation of Graphene Oxide by Myeloperoxidase

Understanding human health risk associated with the rapidly emerging graphene-based nanomaterials represents a great challenge because of the diversity of applications and the wide range of possible ways of exposure to this type of materials. Herein, the biodegradation of graphene oxide (GO) sheets is reported by using myeloperoxidase (hMPO) derived from human neutrophils in the presence of a low concentration of hydrogen peroxide. The degradation capability of the enzyme on three different GO samples containing different degree of oxidation on their graphenic lattice, leading to a variable dispersibility in aqueous media is compared. hMPO fails in degrading the most aggregated GO, but succeeds to completely metabolize highly dispersed GO samples. The spectroscopy and microscopy analyses provide unambiguous evidence for the key roles played by hydrophilicity, negative surface charge, and colloidal stability of the aqueous GO in their biodegradation by hMPO catalysis.

Graphene oxide is degraded by neutrophils and the degradation products are non-genotoxic

Neutrophils were previously shown to digest oxidized carbon nanotubes through a myeloperoxidase (MPO)-dependent mechanism, and graphene oxide (GO) was found to undergo degradation when incubated with purified MPO, but there are no studies to date showing degradation of GO by neutrophils. Here we produced endotoxin-free GO by a modified Hummers' method and asked whether primary human neutrophils stimulated to produce neutrophil extracellular traps or activated to undergo degranulation are capable of digesting GO. Biodegradation was assessed using a range of techniques including Raman spectroscopy, transmission electron microscopy, atomic force microscopy, and mass spectrometry. GO sheets of differing lateral dimensions were effectively degraded by neutrophils. As the degradation products could have toxicological implications, we also evaluated the impact of degraded GO on the bronchial epithelial cell line BEAS-2B. MPO-degraded GO was found to be non-cytotoxic and did not elicit any DNA damage. Taken together, these studies have shown that neutrophils can digest GO and that the biodegraded GO is non-toxic for human lung cells.

The real pandemic – Covid-19 or graphene oxide? Poisonous nanomaterial found in Covid vaccines and masks

European] graphene flagship projects appear to develop a solution in search of a problem.” -Terrance Barkan, The Graphene Council, June 2019.

In October 2013, the European Union launched two flagship projects: the Human Brain Project (“HBP”); and, Graphene Flagship (“GF”).

HBP aims to provide researchers around the world with information and communications technology tools and mathematical models to share and analyze big brain data.

GF aims to make Europe the “Graphene Valley” of the world. Europe will invest €1 billion in GF as part of a 10-year effort to bring graphene innovation out of the labs and into commercial applications.

However, more than halfway through its 10-year funding cycle, commercializing graphene has proven challenging. So, in 2019, to help graphene enter commercial markets, a project-Graphene & 2D Materials EUREKA Cluster-has applied for EU funding to coordinate nanotechnology innovation.

GF also funds so-called Spearhead Projects. (Six Spearhead projects were nearing the end of their research and development phase. One of them was Graphene photonics for the 5G era, which was considered “a good means to develop this technology successfully.” New Spearhead projects have been launched, eleven of which became operational in April 2020. One of the eleven is GRAPHIL: GRAPHIL: Purifying water with graphene filtration.

Graphene is a nanomaterial consisting of a single layer of carbon atoms. It is light, transparent, flexible, incredibly strong, an excellent conductor of heat and electricity, and has interesting light absorption capabilities. Another feature is that it is highly integrative with neural cells in the brain, which gives an indication of how European HBP and FG could converge.

Tracking the top 10 applications of graphene over the years, we can see how “medicine” became the most popular graphene application in 2020, ranked by the number of articles (posts) Starting with 2015, where medicine was fourth; 2016, third; 2018, third; 2019, second; and finally, 2020, top of the list.

Covid-19 is cited as the obvious reason why the use of graphene in medicine was the most popular debate on the Graphene-info website.

Is graphene safe?

The short answer is NO Some masks contain graphene, and in April, Canadian health authorities recalled masks containing graphene or biomass graphene. Since then, Belgium has found masks contaminated with graphene and hospitals in France have suspended the use of masks containing graphene.

It is not surprising that what one country finds in masks is also found in other countries: 85% of the masks used in the world come from China. Perhaps the only surprise is that ALL countries do not test facemasks for toxic chemicals and ban their use, in ALL contexts.

Now, according to preliminary results of a study by the University of Almeria (Spain), graphene has been found in Covid-19 “vaccines”. Examining the contents of a Pfizer / BioNTech vial, the researchers found that mRNA is present, but graphene oxide makes up between 98% and 99% of its contents: “this is not a vaccine, but a dose of pure graphene oxide injected into the veins”.

Referring to this study, Dr. John B. comments on his twitter – “Disturbing results of analysis by Prof. Pablo Campra Madrid … this detection of graphene oxide in Pfizer-BioNTech’s COVID-19 (Comirnaty) vaccine”.

Dr. John’s Twitter continues with images from Dr. Campra’s report, and then ends with – “Urgent need to reproduce this analysis! Graphene family nanomaterials (GFNs), including graphene oxide and reduced graphene oxide, are toxic.”

According to a team of Spanish researchers, La Quinta Columna, symptoms of graphene oxide poisoning include: bilateral pneumonias; thrombogenicity; blood clots; post-inflammatory syndrome or systemic/multiorganic inflammation; alteration of the immune system; and, finally, immune system collapse and a cytokine storm.

When inhaled, graphene causes inflammation of the mucous membranes and possible loss of taste and smell. Sound familiar?

Graphene poisoning. Midazolam. One has to wonder what other non-viral causes encompass the disease known as COVID-19.

The Fifth Column made a video statement on what the Pfizer vial study found and its implications, see HERE (transcript HERE.).

Another effect of graphene is magnetism. People have noticed that they become magnetic after receiving CoVID-19 injections. Below zero, graphene nanoparticles are not magnetic, but they become magnetic at body temperature.

The Fifth Column claims that before 2020, people had already been magnetized with graphene in chemtrails and flu vaccines. And now people are being magnetized with graphene in face masks, Covid test swabs and Covid injections.

Graphene not only causes a magnetic phenomenon, but can also transform the brains of those inoculated into transmitters and receivers of information.

Once integrated into neuronal cells, graphene oxide nanoparticles act as nanobiosensors that have two functions: to pick up the electrical signals of our impulses and thoughts or map the brain; and, to neuromodulate our behaviors, emotions and feelings.

It sounds like science fiction, but, as mentioned at the beginning of this article, there seems to be a convergence of Europe’s two flagship projects: HBF and GF. Are the government, its advisors and the mainstream media trying to insert their voices directly into our heads?

However, there is good news. Graphene can be removed naturally from the body. An enzyme in our blood called myeloperoxidase breaks down graphene oxide.

Alcohol (ethanol) or tobacco (nicotine), for example, can help increase this enzyme-not that this should be seen as encouraging consumption, but rather to inspire healthy research to help fight this graphene pandemic called Covid-19.
