Another little anon think about companies and cucked responses and non-mandates.

 

Our corporate HR people will not publish policy.

 

Some lowest-ranking HR woman "recommended" that we mandate adherence to OSHA guidance which says the following for the non-vaxxed.

 

1,) Masks

2.) Weekly testing.

3.) Something else - think it was social distancing.

 

We shot the whole thing down with the following arguments:

 

1.) Your recommendations are not corporate policy. What is corporate's official policy on this issue? They would not touch it.

2.) Some people are not medically-capable of wearing masks. Much like they cannot ask you what your C19 test result was, they cannot question you when you say "I am not medically fit to wear a mask "

3.) The OSHA guidance says they have to do the testing on the company nickel entirely and on the clock. We looked at the CDC web wizard and it told us not to get tested unless we had symptoms. Fail.

4.) Ok, social distancing, no problem, maintain 6 feet of separation. The solution: Walk around the office with a tape measure and stick it out when you encounter someone in the hall. Wait, there are safety considerations pointing a tape measure at another employee. Fail again.

5.) When an employer starts giving you direction about your health, they become culpable. Thus, for all of those people who are wearing masks because your boss said so, when you get a bacterial infection, whether tomorrow or this fall during flu season, the company owns the whole shooting match' healthcare costs, lost time, etc.

 

In the end, we are doing nothing because they cannot open themselves up to the liabilities associated with creating policy. Recommendations are not law. Personal interpretation is not law. Any "policy" opens up a liability chain. If your local office is cucked, your local managers can be sued.

 

Simply put, you do not fuck with people's health.

 

Also, above and beyond state-mandated C19 pay, anons are also able to go out on FMLA for muh C19 stress.
