Anon had a bunch taken out that wanted to fall on the house. They showed up with a giant manlift, and started sawing at the top until the trunk was safe to drop. Some parts, they even used carabiners and rope to slide the limbs down and away.
$500/tree, and they were 3 feet across at the botttom.
