The fact Law of War doesn't include the civilian sphere is entirely the point of it. 11.3 is designed to be used when civilian authorities and courts have failed. This scenario assumes the military is the only remnant of legitimate authority, even if the public is not aware. The LOW points are designed to give the military a legal framework under such conditions, which amount to martial law from our perspective.
I think we are in-between. Military is allowing fake civilian authority to continue operating until they are ready to turn the tables. We keep seeing evidence that all is not what it seems.
My advice to everyone since Jan 6 is to try to disengage from the idea that there is a federal government. Support states and state measures. States are the ones who will re-form the government, or re-seat Congress if it comes down to that. It is uncharted waters.

I've heard it said that a civil war scenario actually plays into their hand. Split apart and turn the US into physical factions where it cannot project international power. So against all my instincts to rise up and destroy, I think the whitehat plan is the most forward thinking. US needs to emerge as a cohesive entity if the human race is to have a chance.
I have a similar thought. Certain memes or meme subjects seem to be meant to self-identify which clown factions are present. Anime, Doge, whatever. It is so they know who is on duty. The follow on images are just designed to create a distracting shit show.

For sure they were planned to supercede the US. Australia is laying wide open for them right now. Cucked and fucked population with wide open space, and little defense. Having lived in China for two years though, I will say their central planning makes very poor use of land resources. Vast swaths of the country are unpopulated because they only allow people to live in the cities for the most part. Granted it is rugged and difficult terrain. Whenever I used to sail into Hong Kong harbor I was always amazed at the amount of unihabited little islands dotting the place all over. If it was the US, every one of those would have a resort or a high-end neighborhood on it.
They lack the ability to unleash human creativity, and I dare say they have proably bred it out of their population by now.

I've often said to people who ask: I would trust a paper ballot counted by librarians and sunday school teachers about 1000x more than a digital ballot.
Kid anon asked me back in November wouldn't it be good idea if people could vote by phone, and there was a dedicated national holiday on voting day; both efforts to get the max number of people to vote. I said fuck that. Voting should take some effort and commitment. Civic responsibility is not them coming begging for your vote, it is getting your ass up out of the chair and finding your polling station. Take your damn ID. Come prepared.
