I was driving today when I saw a minivan on the road with "election officials" or something similar written on their vehicle (a minivan). The minivan had posters taped on each side of the car, with the CA emblem and "election officials," but these posters were taped with blue painters tape, and the license plate number wasn't the type you'd see on a government vehicle, it was the normal lettering for a civilian car (one digit, three letters, then three more digits). Has anyone seen or heard of anything similar? Seemed sketchy.
