Have we or anyone else determined who these 'Americans' are in Afghanistan or how many of there are? Saw one story about a church or school group with a dozen or so kids. Who the fuck would take a trip to a war zone if they weren't a reporter, consular/embassy, govt contractor, newz media etc?
