IF DNS goes down / nothing works anymore, you could then add the SAME IPs as 8kun.top as well as sys.8kun.top and that SHOULD make 8kun work even if DNS doesn't work at all anymore.

Well for local WLAN these could also use their own DNS server.
Own DNS server is not that difficult to set up and you only need to inject/modify a few, most can be passed through. Of course if you got no PC, you will have a problem.
Again for this: if an anon sets up a DNS server for others, DO NOT USE IT, simply because you do not know whom to trust and with that there are tons of ways of fuckery.
Either set up your own, or don't.
