It is a scam anon. My son was born in the USA and speaks English as his first language. He also speaks another, because his grandmother doesn't speak English. They tried to put him in ESL. We found out later it is a money grab. Leftist told us to let them do it because the school needs the money. We don't speak with them anymore.
