My plan is to do both. I have the horse med to take a daily dose until I get something from Frontline Doctors. Just be sure to measure it exactly correct. Each notch is for 50lbs of body weight. I'd push out 4 separate doses for a 200 lb person. Making sure each dose is the same. Then scrape off 2/3 of one of them to throw away. That gives 3x50 = 150 lbs + 1/3 of 50 (16.67) = 167lbs. That's what I weigh. Then take about 50-100mg of zinc daily.
I don't think you're supposed to take ibuprofen.
325mg aspirin is what Dr. Zelenko recommends. Tylenol won't hurt.

also don't take ivermectin if you have meningitus. It's not good if it passes the blood/brain barrier.
Just verify that each notch is 50lb on your particular brand. Whatever they are measure accordingly.
